The staff made it a pleasure to stay.
The hotel closed the pool due to some repairs on the pool walls. The first sign that was posted said that it re-open at 5pm. Some time after 5 they posted another sign saying that it wouldn't open at all. Being that to be one of the man reasons we picked that hotel. My family was highly disapionted

The design of the hotel is really beautiful and spacious as you
Can see every floor up to the roof from the lobby. The breakfast was tasty, and the location is convenient, being close to embassies and great bakeries. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, a downside.

We were there to visit Georgetown University. The stay was pleasant - but the hotel was very crowded. Had to wait a long time at the Breakfast Buffet.

It was nice to stay in the DC area without being in the actual downtown surroundings. The Dupont Circle neighborhood is quieter and more home-like than venues right in town, and the price is friendlier as well.We used the Metro to get around, which wasnt bad since it was a Sunday and not very crowded. We still love having a "suite" of rooms to stay in, rather than just one room, as it allows for one person to stay up late and watch TV or a film, or read, while the other can enjoy the quiet to sleep in the back.
My observation on the need for more efficiencies in feeding your guests is not a complaint, just something you might like to address at least for the sake of older guests who come to your hotel. I would suggest separate "social" times for families with children, and older guests without children. Perhaps the first hour open to the guests with children under 16, and the later hour for adults only. It was like going to Chuckie Cheeses for a whiskey sour, not exactly an enjoyable experience.Same for the breakfast buffet. It was pandemonium, to say the least, with kids running everywhere, parents admonishing, pushing, etc. I realize that weekends are prone to families traveling to DC, and maybe this was worse given the WhiteHouse Egg Roll the following Monday, but I think there are some tweaks you could manage in the feeding area.

close to parks and popular attractions for city walkers
We enjoyed our stay with spacious and comfortable suites. The delicious breakfast provided each morning made it a great start for our daily adventures, while the short walk to both the beautiful Georgetown Waterfront Park and Dupont Circle was perfect for our city explorations as we strolled through the charming streets. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the cute atmosphere and helpful staff making our experience even better.

I liked the size of the room, the furnishing.
The AC is too strong in the lobby and the corridors.

Ideal base for 2 nights with particularly helpful and top-class staff who helped us with our prompt check-out. Truly beautiful area, very central location just next door to popular restaurants, two Metros and a Whole Foods Market. Plus, 5 minutes drive from an acclaimed museum.

After a day of exploring DC, the kids loved the spacious lobby where they could unwind with games. Breakfast was a hit, with plenty of options to keep everyone satisfied. It was just perfect for our big family!
In my kids' opinion, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for them. It would be great if the hotel had better couch beds for families.

Very interesting design and layout of the hotel.
For the price charged I could not believe that they still wanted to charge for the internet access within the hotel and rooms. For the fire alarm at 5 am there was no break on cost or promotional advancement.

Well-designed hotel with brand-new rooms and particularly helpful staff who helped us with our prompt check-out. Wonderful and fantastic location close to downtown, urban style building. Also - just next door to Museums, most attractions and a metro station.

Good value; rooms provide living/dining room area and kitchenette separate from large sleeping area. Rooms open on to sun-filled atrium rather than corridor. Room price included full breakfast which was more than adequate though would have liked to see more healthful options such as more fresh fruit, whole grain cereals, etc.
I have no complaints. Room was as advertised, comfortable, clean, more than ample. The location in DuPont Circle is excellent though not quite as central to capital attractions as some might like - however three different subway lines are within a ten-minute walk and the neighborhood has good shops, restaurants, a good independent movie theater, and one of DC's best museums (Phillips Gallery).
